How does gender influence the construction and application of ethical theories? What qualifies as a “feminist” ethical theory, and what is the basis for the claim voiced by feminist ethicists that traditional ethical theories ignore the interests of many women while favoring those of some men? Inger Skjelsbæk's expertise on gender, and women's experiences specifically, intersecting with war and conflict, and peace and security, is an important contribution to the Centre for Gender Research.
